Our Process
1. Meeting
Objective: Understand the client’s needs and expectations.
Activities: Initial interview and space assessment. We discuss the client’s specific requirements and set project objectives.
2. Brainstorming and Planning
Objective: Develop creative ideas and draft a preliminary plan.
Activities: Brainstorming sessions to generate ideas and possible solutions. We create sketches and initial proposals, sharing them with the client for feedback.
3. Design & Refining
Objective: Conduct detailed analysis and define the work schedule.
Activities: Research on materials, suppliers, and technologies. We establish a detailed schedule, including delivery times and potential external factors that may affect the project.
4. Research & Planning
Objective: Create and perfect the final design.
Activities: Development of detailed design and selection of materials and furniture. We make revisions and adjustments based on client feedback to ensure the design meets their expectations.
5. Starting Proyect
Objective: Execute the project according to the established plan.
Activities: Start of remodeling, construction, or maintenance/cleaning service as per the schedule. Constant supervision to ensure quality and adherence to deadlines.
6. Post-Sales Management & Communication
Objective: Ensure customer satisfaction and manage any post-sales needs.
Activities: For remodeling, we provide a checklist of completed work and conduct a walkthrough with the client to note any improvements needed. For maintenance, schedule a visit, analyze the problem, and offer a solution within a maximum of one work week.
7. Final Delivery & Warranty
Objective: Complete the project and ensure quality.
Activities: Provide final project documentation, including an electronic manual with warranties for each intervened or placed element for designs and remodelings.
Specific warranty for maintenance (up to 3 months) and a satisfaction guarantee for cleaning services.
